I read this blog which now I can't find a man fasted every other day for a year and was able to lose big lbs so I'm going to try that today is Sunday I already started eating do tomorrow I weigh myself and fast. I will not eat after 6pm on my on days and will keep it below 1200. And maybe even 20 mins of workout after two weeks into the adjustment! So that's the plan man see u in the morning for the morning post of weight which will be in code only readable to friends! Yah fighting!!!

hi, i'm new to this community but not to my ED.
i've been anorexic/bulimic since 7th grade (though never diagnosed) , and i just spent the last two years in full blown recovery. it was what felt right at the time and i was pretty ok with my body, but now i'm just not satisfied with it anymore.
i've been restricting for about a month, purging, and fasting. i'm pretty close to my goal weight. [:
h: 5'3"
hw: 135
cw: 110
lw: 105
gw: 100
gw2: 95

anyway i heard about the 2468 diet and i've been pretty lazy about starting it... :/ are most of you currently on it?

Wow something kinda strange happened. I havenet eaten more than 150 calories for the last 4-5 days. This morning I HAD to eat. Usually, when I eat once in a day, it turns into an all out binge.I go the whole day thinking tomorrow the scale will show that I've gained anyway so it doesnt really matter if I eat more today..I've already fucked today up. But this morning it was different. I ate 2 panakakes,3 sausages(those really little ones) and a small bowl of oatmeal. I had to make myself eat it. It was like my body doesnt find enjoyment in food anymore.I havent had hunger pains for about a week and despite my usual routine after a binge i really really dont have a desire to eat. I'm really glad I feel this way but it just seems weird.

I've started "dating" this guy. He always tells me how beautiful I am and that my weight is okay. It seems to make things worse. By that I mean, it makes me not want to improve or I guess I should say when I'm craving while i'm trying to fast it gives me an excuse to eat. So today and yesterday have been super hard. I mean, I have never had a harder time trying to fast or restrict. I got a headache both days I was with him from trying to refuse food. I will be with him tomorrow and I really really cant afford to eat. What can I do?

hi! i'm new here :) i just started 2468 yesterday (and i will succeed this time (i've failed like 3 times :/ ending up binging on the 6 day (which is weird))...
do i have to post like my stats or something :O

can ppl tell how succesfull their diet was (how much you lost etc.) thanks :)!!

oh and do i have to post like everyday how i've done so far etc...
(sorry for asking dumb questions ;D)

Hey I just started the 2468 yesterday ... It's going good though ... I ate yogurt (60cals) and tuna (150cals) yesterday for 210 calories, but I burned off a little bit more than 300 calories doing cardio yesterday and then did some lifting with my friend so I'm not worried about the extra 10 calories lol ...

Today is day 2 cycle 1 and it's a 400 calorie day ... I unfortunately decided to eat some teddy grahams which totaled 130 calories (even though  know I didn't eat the whole serving size i counted the calories as it) ...

Breakfast: Teddy grahams-130 cals
Lunch: Salmon- 90 cals
Snack: Yogurt- 60cals
              OJ (4oz)- 55cals

So I'm already up to 335 calories but I had to eat early because I'll be in class all day and then am working out from 6-9 so I won't eat that late then working at 10 so I wont eat that late :)

385 total

long day today. tons of classes and meetings. lots to distract me from eating. plus i had to get up so early today to review things that i will want to go to bed early. yay!

 Has anyone ever heard of 6420?  I was told it works better because your metabolism is working from what you ate the day before... Eating more the first day and working down gives you more energy.  Any thoughs?

So, this weekend is my one year anniversary. I am very happy however i am not happy with my weight right now....after this weekend i am going to get back into 2468. There is a HUGE party on October 20 that i have to look amazing for. Starting monday its strict, strict, strict. The only reason im not starting tomorrow is because of the amount of wine and alcohol i know i will be drinking this weekend in celebration. If anyone wants to join me with 200 on Monday let me know!

I had a bummer of a day and went to 900 instead of 600. So I'm declaring today another 600 attempt. However, I did go to the gym yesterday and burned 260 calories so I am not beating myself up too bad. I almost burned off the amount I went over. Almost.

So since I effed it up, I'm doing another 600 attempt. I've also got a hot lunch date with the gym.

How is everyone else doing? Anyone? Bueller?

1 sugar free red bull - 10 calories
Steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, water chesnuts, snap peas) - 140
Beef jerky - 240
Mixed raw veggies - 60

450. Close enough. I am feeling pretty good about things.

Todays plan include a 110 calorie protein drink, a 100 calorie piece of fish, and sushi with my boyfriend. If I plan things properly I can get a low calorie meal there.

I had:

1 package tofu shirataki noodles - 40 calories
2 tbsp garlic marinade - 40 calories
2 tsp asiago cheese - 40 calories
1 cup fresh express salad - 10 calories
1 tbsp dressing - 60 calories

Tada! I've got to plan out my 400 day now. I am skipping breakfast. I've got veggies I can have for lunch. Not sure about dinner as I will be at school. There is a stupid roach coach and they usually have some veggies. We'll see how that goes.

I hope the rest of you owned your 200 days.
